Haven is a first grader who is eager to learn, and she comes to school ready to be her best self every day! She is a model PAX leader who is an integral component of our calm and peaceful learning environment. Haven is a sweet soul who shows empathy toward others and encourages others to be kind and work hard. Her contributions to our class and our school are invaluable, and Haven always makes certain that peers and adults know they matter to her.

Ava Nolan is a kind and generous student who is willing to advocate for herself and others. She is not afraid to ask for assistance when she needs it and is always willing to give help to others freely. We are constantly pleased with the effort put forth in her studies and she is eager to learn every day.

Sharpsburg Elementary would like to recognize fourth grader Aubrey Nolan as November's Rising Star. Aubrey exemplifies a PAX leader through her hard work and active classroom participation. She achieved straight A's in her first quarter and maintained excellent attendance.
