Ryan starts every morning in 1st grade, helping his student get breakfast and settle in for the day, acting as a positive peer role model. Ryan has also helped assemble and deliver treat bags to teachers throughout the year.

Mykel is in preschool at Sharpsburg and has become a leader to his peers within the classroom. Mykel comes to school each day with the biggest smile and greets his friends by name every day.

Jade Aldridge is a kindergartner at Sharpsburg Primary. Jade is an excellent example of a PAX leader in our school. Jade is hard working and eager to learn. She enjoys the Knowledge portion of our day when we learn about science, social studies, and stories

We are proud to announce that Macklin Dill is the recipient of this month’s Rising Star award. Macklin is a sweet first grader who is dedicated to his learning and enthusiastic about discovering new concepts.

Second grade student Jonah Gary truly embodies what it means to be a Rising Star at Sharpsburg. He is driven, motivated, and eager to learn, approaching each day with enthusiasm and determination.

We are honored to nominate Spirit Owens, a 5th grade student from Sharpsburg for the Creative Arts Rising Star this month. She is a wonderful musician and is very fluent in reading treble clef notes and has increased her minute test amount each class this year.
